The Neutral Bay Chiropractic Centre (NBCC) was opened in 1982 by Larry Whitman, a Canadian Chiropractic graduate. Larry completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Calgary. He then graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1978 in Toronto, Ontario.

Larry has chaired various portfolios for the Chiropractors' Association of Australia (C.A.A.) NSW Branch over the years and has held positions as Treasurer, Ethics Chairman, Public Education Chairman and Official Spokesperson.

The NBCC does not prescribe drugs or perform any surgery, and is dedicated to enhancing health and wellbeing through specific chiropractic adjustments to ultimately improve the spine and nervous system.
